Founder
More than 35 years of experience across hospitality establishments in Indonesia and overseas.
Graduated from hotel management and economic management programs, with more than 35 years of experience in various establishments of hospitality services in Indonesia and overseas, proving his expertise in managing hotels under the big names of worldwide hotel chain companies.
Started his career with the luxurious Aman Resorts International in Bali and laddered up promptly into key positions in 5-star international chain hotels, condominiums and serviced apartments, and prestigious golf and country clubs in Indonesia and China — for brands such as Melia Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Hainan Airlines Group, Rainwood Pine Valley Private Golf Resort, Ciputra Group, Jababeka Group, Maya Resorts Indonesia, PHM Hospitality (a subsidiary of Panorama Group, the biggest integrated tourism company in South East Asia) and MNC Land Bali, a subsidiary of MNC Group.
Provided asset management and operation assistance to prestigious integrated resort projects such as Trump Resort Lido, Trump Resort Bali and Park Hyatt Jakarta.
Previously served as President Director of PT Super Potato Indonesia and Director of Hospitality Services of Colliers International Indonesia.
Currently serves as Executive Director of JHL Collection, Managing Partner of Hotelivate Indonesia — an integrated hospitality consultant — and Founder of HITA Hospitality Management, a hospitality consultant and observer.

A senior business executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality, real estate and diversified business investments. Throughout his career he has been entrusted by shareholders and business owners to represent their interests in overseeing corporate performance, driving strategic growth and maximizing long-term asset value.
His expertise spans corporate governance, owner representation, commercial strategy, business development, investment evaluation and operational excellence. He has extensive experience working with international hotel operators, executive management teams, financial institutions, government authorities and strategic partners to ensure sustainable business performance and value creation.
He has held senior executive and board-level positions across leading hospitality and property organizations, including overseeing five-star hotels, integrated mixed-use developments, convention centers and large-scale property assets. His experience also includes leading corporate transformation initiatives, hotel renovations, business integration, capital expenditure planning and expansion strategies.
Beyond the corporate sector, Andy has successfully advised and developed growing businesses in the food and beverage industry, transforming family-owned enterprises into professionally managed and scalable operations.
Recognized for his strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen and collaborative leadership style, Andy combines governance discipline with practical business execution. His ability to bridge the interests of shareholders, operators and management teams has made him a trusted advisor in creating sustainable growth and enhancing enterprise value.
